Chicken Patty Burger 
  • In a chopper, take ½ kg chicken boneless, ½ kg
    chicken thigh boneless. Add garlic powder, dried
    thyme, paprika powder, dried parsley, chicken
    powder, and chop to mix them well. Make a ball of
    80 gm mixture with oil greased hands. Use round
    cutter to set the mixture into patty shape
    freeze for 6-8 hours. In a bowl, mix well
    all-purpose flour, cornflour, rice flour, salt,
    black pepper powder. Add egg, water, to form a
    smooth batter. Dip burger in batter and coat with
    breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a frying pan, to fry
    burger patties on low flame until golden brown.
    Use tomato ketchup, onion (pyaz) rings, lettuce
    leaves (salad patta), tomato slices, Mayonnaise,
    cheese slice, jalapenos, and mustard sauce to
    make a perfect burger.
