  • You can use the Quickbooks Connection Diagnostic
    Tool to try and fix any of the following errors
    or issues in your software.
  • There is a problem with the QuickBooks Database
    Server Manager or QB Database is not functioning
    normally.
  • The Windows Firewall is not configured for the
    QuickBooks version installed on the computer.
  • Furthermore, this tool can repair damaged or
    corrupted QuickBooks company files, as a result
    of which users may have difficulty accessing
    their company files.
  • When the Vendor list and Customer list in
    QuickBooks are empty, you can troubleshoot the
    error using the diagnostic tool.
  • The QuickBooks Tool can also be used when users
    make some changes to entries but the changes do
    not update.
