Steps to share and sync

• Download the data transfer utility provided by
  Intuit and install it.
• Paste your company file from secondary computer.
• On primary computer choose , open the company
  file from secondary computer.
• Select Open Source Company button in the Export
  Data from the source company.
• Allow the permissions and choose YES.
• Check the File menu and choose close Company
  in QuickBooks.
• Click on file and restore company file.
• Click Yes and then continue.
• Close company file in QuickBooks from file menu.
• Then goto Import Data Into Destination and
  choose the Import Data button
