Understanding Federal Skilled Worker Program
(FSWP)

• It is ideal for those foreign nationals who have
  relevant foreign work experience. No matter

  employer or not, you may qualify for FSWP, if
  you
• Score minimum 67 points out of 100 on FSW points
  grid
• Have minimum 1 year of work experience gained
  within past 10 years in an occupation listed
  under NOC (National Occupational Classification)
  skill level 0, A or B. Also, the experience has
  to be of full-time paid job, i.e. minimum 30
  hours/week or an equal amount of part-time job
