early. The most common reason tenants not paying
rent timely, is denied with the preparation of
lease/option to purchase agreements. So, notice

  • If a tenant failed to pay rent on time, the

How is it illegal to lock someone out of their
house?
  • Ten-day notice to move out If the tenant
unfollows any agreement or lease, the landlord
issued a ten-day notice. But, if ten-day passed,
and the tenant is still there, then the landlord
terminates the tenancy and starts an eviction
    law.
  • Decisive depart notice- If the tenant sells
illegal drugs or controlled substances under the
premises, then the landlord gives them five-day
unconditional notice to move out. And if they
didnt move out, then the landlord terminate the
tenancy and started an eviction law.
