PFS PADEL COURT
POLSKA FABRYKA SPORTÒW Padel (also called
paddle or padel tennis court ) is what you
get when you combine the best elements of tennis
squash and disregard the annoying aspects of
these sports. It is generally played in doubles,
and the ball is allowed to touch the surrounding
walls after it bounces off the floor. Padel is an
addictive sport for anyone who tries it! It is an
easy game to learn, as compared to Tennis or
Squash and does not require much physical
activity or technical skills. It follows the
same rules as Tennis. It can be played with mixed
couples, among all family members, seniors and it
is also accessible to children. It can be played
both, indoors and outdoors and at all hours of
the day, since the installa- tion includes 8
lighting posts to prevent any shadows. Also
called tennis with Walls and Squash in the
Sun, it is unique, exciting and entertaining to
watch and play making it the fastest growing
sport of the third millennia! The playing area of
paddle court is enclosed at the end by glass
walls, and wire mesh, which completes the Paddle
court enclosure. A padel serve is underarm. The
smaller court size means rallies are longer and
padel supporters claim the sport is twice as
aerobic as tennis where more time is wasted
between points. In tennis clubs in France and
Italy we are seeing more people pick up a Padel
racket, which counts towards more participation
in tennis, and it recycles players back into the
game. That could be as players or spectators.

ABOUT PFS
Polska Fabryka Sportòw (PFS) started out as a
small company in Poland providing installation
services to its clients for various types of
sports grounds. Observing the high demand and
scarcity of manufacturing plants in Poland for
Sports Flooring products, the manage- ment
decided to build its own plant to cater in-house
needs and subsequently expanded to supply to
other Sports Flooring Installers in and around
Poland and Europe to save time and high cost of
import.
Following its Subject Matter Experts knowledge,
consultation services to its clients, high
quality material, value for money, we quickly
opened our new plant in United Arab Emirates
(UAE) to provide our flooring materials to
Turkey, most of the Europe, Africa, UAE, Oman,
Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi, India and even to China.

PFS provides two types of padel tennis court
based on installation Pfs Arti?cial Turf and Pfs
Acrylic Systems PFS Turf lets you bring out the
most out of you. The yarn strength, Pile design,
performance, quality, weather resistance and
ability to support maximum usage under various
conditions are the characteristics that define
Polska Fabryka Sportows Artificial Turf. Keeping
our clients in mind, we have designed the
special brand GEOTURF for our Artificial Turf
Systems. Our GEOTURF ranges are highly resistant
in extreme cold and hot weather. From the contin
ued collaboration with specialized partners of
this field, our teams of experts are always
working endlessly to attend to the crucial
queries of the clients.
PFS designs and produces acrylic resin based
synthetic sports flooring for training and
competition. Our top quality products not only
last for longer duration but also produces great
results. Pfs Acrylic System serves several
sports like Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball,
Badminton, Hand ball, Netball, multipurpose
outdoor sports events both training and
competition. PFS acrylic surfaces offer anti
slip, all weather compatible and uv resistance.
The advantages of PFSs acrylic surfaces include
maximum performance and optimal playing comfort
as per the designed surface for athletes.

PFS PADEL COURT Major Health Benefits The
practice of Padel has positive bene?ts for our
health and body. On one hand the physical
activity increases, the coordination of both legs
and arms improves along with toning the entire
body. On the other hand, psychologically, Padel
it is an excellent game, due to the bene?ts of
increased self-esteem and con?dence. COURT
INSTALLATION At PFS, quality is at the heart of
our concerns. All of our courts are designed by
our engineers with concern to the smallest
detail according to a process that is 100 in
accordance with the speci?cations established by
the Fédération Française de Tennis and the
Federacion Internacional de Padel. We have our
own technical of?ce composed of specialized
technicians who will install your courts. The
construction is done in two steps ?rst the
concrete foundation then the installation of the
court.

COURT INSTALLATION The glass is perfectly aligned
with the fence. In the corners, the two
perpendicular glasses stick to each other,
therefore eliminating the usual gaps that create
a bad bounce. For the sake of eliminating bad
bounces, we position the turf so that it
slightly exceeds the limits of the court. We
verify the quality of the slab before laying the
foundations in order to avoid any bad bounces and
problems with water evaporation. A 10 year
warranty which covers the entire infra-
structure. Our courts were created to offer the
safest and most comfortable gaming experience as
well as the best possible environment for
players and spectators.

THE ELITE MODEL
The ELITE model offers excellent structural
stability against wind loads. All vertical
columns of this construction are reinforced by
an additional tube of 80 x 80 x 2 mm. Reinforced
and solid three-pillar frame construction and
reinforced footplates to secure an optimal
stability. This model is exclusive for outdoors.
We offer the Structural Analysis Report for this
con struction according to EUROCODE. This line
is specially designed for outdoor use.

HIGHEST LEVEL VIEWERS
This is the mother of all Scenic Padel Courts in
the market. The Padel Court offers a very high
structural strength against wind loads and the
spectacular robust design allow you to enjoy
Padel of the highest level. Viewers have an
optimal inside view to the playing surface.
Recommended for an installation Outdoor and
Indoor. Very suitable as a Center Court in a
Padel environ- ment. Supplied and built as a
turnkey project.

THE ELITE PLUS MODEL
ELITE PLUS is the Padel Court for all structural
require- ments. It is a special construction and
corresponds to a reinforced version of the ELITE
version. This construction also provides
excellent structural stability for the wind
loads and also meets special and extremely
structural requirements (e.g.installation on the
building top floor or areas with high wind
actions). Reinforced triple-pillar frame
construction made according the local structural
engineer. This model is especially suitable for
outdoor use. Delivered and set up as a turnkey
project.

HIGHEST LEVEL VIEWERS
This simple model made of prefabricated wall
panels or bricks instead of glass, offers an
excellent resistance against wind. For areas
with high wind loads, this is a magni?cent
option to start with Padel at a very affordable
price. No glass involved in this construction.
For commer- cial and private use. Optimal
solution for areas with risk of vandalism. It
can be installed for any outdoor facility like
public parks.

A FRAME CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM
Optimal price/performance ratio. Modular and
solid frame construction. The frames are welded
in the factory and delivered as a unit (no
screws on frame). This model also provides a lean
surface (66) for a superior stability. The
glass leans on the four sides of the frame.

Spectacular design to enjoy Padel at the highest

view to the playing surface. This is the
simplest version on Scenic. Recommended for an
installation indoor, or Outdoor in a wind

PFS ARTIFICIAL TURF SYSTEMS
A CRIMPED SYSTEM
PFS Arti?cial turf systems with textured ?laments
(crimped) allow intensive use, optimal cushioning
and achieve a long lasting life even with reduced
care. The textured structure perfectly
encapsulates the silica sand as a stabilizing
sand and ensures a constant volume. The
recommended silica sand ?lling for this solution
is only approx. 7-8 kg/m2. In conventional
?brillated and mono?lament solutions, the silica
sand amount is 15 kg/m2. The textured arti?cial
turf is also the one used in the WORLD PADEL
TOUR. The small amount of silica sand also
contributes to the fact that the floor gains
signi?- cantly in slip resistance. For the
players, this also means more security in the
game. The game is not affected. The bounce in
the ball is excellent right from the start and
immediately after installation on all points of
the surface. Since there is no friction with the
sand, the ?eld as well as the balls have a longer
life span. In addition, the visual appearance is
perfect and it has a very homogeneous and intense
color throughout the playing ?eld. Available
only in blue and green and it has a surcharge.

PFS ACRYLIC SYSTEMS
Standing Acrylic System This System come in the
thickness of 4mm. It is composed of PFS resin
based acrylic material having primer, the second
layer is resurafacer which act as ?ller layer.
The third layer is suspended with coarse
granulated layer provide cushioning property of
the surface. The fourth layer is suspended with
?ne granulated layer provide cushioning and
resilient proper- ty of the surface. The ?fth
layer is quartz mixed with pigmented top coating
to provide anti slip property of the surface.
The sixth layer is the ?nal layer where the ?ne
acrylic based pigment is applied and it enhances
the color of the system.
Mini Pro Acrylic System This System come in the
thickness composed of PFS resin based acrylic
material having primer, special pigmented ?ller
layer and pigmented top coating. This is the
most cost effective surface system. Its promi-
nent use is mostly for surface repairing or
refurbishment of old concrete based or asphalt
surface. The surface is non-slip and comes in
variable attractive color options.

the thickness of 2.2mm. It is composed of PFS
resin based acrylic material having primer, the
second layer is resurafacer which act as ?ller
layer. The third layer is quartz mixed with
pigmented top coating to provide anti slip
property of the surface. The fourth layer is the
?nal layer where the ?ne acrylic based pigment is
applied and it enhances the color of the system.
