CHOOSE THE RIGHT APP FROM THE SUITE

• You might already know about IMPEXDOCS that it is
  a software suite. Thus, you must select the right
  app from the complete package to submit a request
  for export permit. The name of the app is
  ImpexRFP which allows raising permit requests
  electronically. In addition to the export permit,
  it can be used to obtain health and phytosanitary
  certificates from the Department of Agriculture,
  Water and the Environment (DAWE).

  IMPEXDOCS suite if you have needs to prepare
  other export documents as well. These include
• IMPEXEDN FOR EXPORT DECLARATION NUMBER
• IMPEXCOO FOR CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN
• IMPEXPRA FOR PRE-RECEIVAL ADVICE AND SO ON

ADD INFORMATION TO THE APP

• Once you subscribe to ImpexRFP, the next step is
  to add information about the goods you export to
  the database. The app has been designed to cover
  a number of plant and animal based commodities in
  the category of prescribed goods. For example,
  you can request for permit and other certificates
  for
• Grain
• Horticulture
• Meat
• Egg
• Woo, skin and hide
• Dairy
• Fish and so on
• It should be noted that you would need to add
  information like product description, exporter
  registration number and other fields once. So,
  you can save time and efforts and avoid manual
  mistakes while preparing documents in the future.

SUBMIT THE PERMIT REQUEST

• If you are ready to use the app for the first
  time, you would need to fill the required form
  using the information stored in the previous
  step. Once the form is ready, you can submit it
  within few seconds and expect a quick response.

  system which is an electronic export
  documentation system designed for easy and quick
  request approval online.

OBTAIN DOCUMENTS AND PRINT
IMPEXRFP makes it easy for the exporters to track
the status of their permit requests. Rather than
contacting the Department, they can keep a tap on
the progress online. Moreover, if the Department
requests for additional information or proofs, it
is easy to respond back. Another advantage of the
app is that once an export permit request is
approved, the exporter would receive the
documents online. So, he or she can conveniently
print them at his or her own office. Apart from
this, the app is also designed to obtain export
declaration number (EDN) simultaneously along
with export permit using the Single Electronic
Window (SEW) which again saves time and money.
