Introduction
1)Laser engraving, which is a subset of laser
marking. It is the practice of using lasers to
engrave an object. In this project, we are going
to learn how to use mini laser engraving machine.
On the other hand Laser marking is a broader
category of methods to leave marks on an object,
which also includes color change due to
chemical/molecular alteration, charring, foaming,
melting, ablation, and more. The technique does
not involve the use of inks, nor does it involve
tool bits which contact the engraving surface and
wear out. It giving an advantage over alternative
engraving or marking technologies where inks or
bit heads have to be replaced regularly.

2)Because of the technology improvement now a day
we dont need a bigger machine. For laser
engraving, we have a mini laser engraving machine
capable of doing the same process.
3)In this machine, we are using 5W laser engraver
this laser engraver cable of work in most of the
material we are using in day to day life. You can
use this machine to engrave Wood, acrylic,
plastic, balsa wood, etc.. if you want to engrave
in metal it is difficult but you can paint in the
metal and engrave it.

Hardware

The mini Laser engraving machine we are use was
saint smart CNC Laser engraver.

Material
We can use any material we want like wood,
acrylic, metal painted etc.., we are using wood
to engrave our design

How to engrave?
We are using Lite Fire software to control Laser
engraver. You can download start to engrave.

• First open the software

• Select load picture and choose the image

• Select the image you want and move laser to point
  where you want to start engraving

• Now we need to place the material in the table.
• Before starting click check box on laser
  on(weak) and adjust the list focus.
• Then click start to start the operation

After it is completed take out the work piece
