Common Causes of Back Pain
2
Physical overexertion
More often, back pain is caused due to picking up
very heavy items incorrectly or repeatedly
bending over. It is known to strain the muscles,
tendons and ligaments in the back. Pain is also a
result of overexertion that can occur quickly or
take a many months to appear. A back pain gel can
definitely help you heal this, but nothing helps
like rest does.
3
Injury
Back pain could also be a possible result of an
injury from an accident, most of which are car
crashes, collisions on the sporting field and
falls. These injuries include ruptured discs,
broken bones and torn ligaments or tendons, which
can be healed with an effective cold gel pack and
absolute rest.
4
Medical conditions
There are a number of medical conditions like
osteoporosis, cancer of the spine, sleep
disorders, kidney problems, arthritis, and
sciatica that can cause back pain. In most of the
cases, these conditions are incurable, which can
only be managed.
5
Ruptured or bulging discs
  • The discs between each vertebra in the spine
tends to rupture or change shape and when that
happens, there is more pressure is placed on the
nerves in the back. This causes severe back
problems, which can be healed with doctors
    consultancy.

6
Poor posture
  • If you have poor posture, you will end up
contributing to back pain. This leads to long
term damage and might also stay with you for
longer than expected. It is important to sit
straight while youre sitting in front of the
    laptop for hours.
