rotating globe situated in the headquarters of
Delorme in Yarmouth, MAINE. The globe is gigantic
and weights up to 5600 pounds and stands 41 feet
tall. Eartha mounts over the base of a cantilever
mounted over 2 motors and stimulates one day's
rotation and revolution in 18 minutes. Eartha is
contained within glass walls that can be seen
from outside the building. Eartha has been
constructed using 6000 pieces of aluminum tubing
and attached to a custom design hidden bolt.
