3Know About Group Yoga Classes
In group classes, you will be part of a group of
students practicing yoga. Group class will help
beginners or intermediate practitioners. But
however one has to slowly learn to
do self-practice to make Yoga part of ones
lifestyle and advance in ones practice.
4Self-Practice session
According to Ayurveda each one of us is different
and unique as defined by our prakruthi (nature).
As such, we believe that a general group yoga
class will not suite everyones prakruthi. On any
given day, a practitionersphysical, mental,
emotional, philological state is different from
others. In Engineering terms, this is called as
boundary conditions. Yogasasna is not just
exercise but a very subtle process of
manipulating ones energy to create a positive
impact considering the current boundary
condition. We believe that regular classes are
meant to only learn the practices and to apply
them according to ones boundary conditions in
self-practice.

Yoga therapy is about helping practitioners of
