Indian Delicacies
People who know and love India, mostly do so
owing to its appeasing and mouth-watering
delicacies. The most famous ingredient that makes
Indian food so yum is surely its garam masala.
There are way too many to name and talk about.
However, going ahead we have tried to name a few
that you must try and know about.
Bhurji is a tangy, spicy yummy gravy made my
mixing and mashing vegetables together that when
cooked well go great with bread and rice. It can
be made in egg, chicken, mutton and also made
simply in vegetarian style.
Butter Chicken
Butter chicken is the most raved about Indian
dish globally. It is lip-smacking, mouth-watering
and so yum, one just cant get over it. It is
also well-known as Chicken Mughlai as its recipe
originates from the Mughlai kitchen.
Paneer Masala
Inspired by the tasty recipe of butter chicken,
paneer masala also known as paneer butter masala
is cooked to perfection in a tangy gravy tossed
with cottage cheese. They go best with bread,
rice, curd, dal and starters. It is high in
demand globally owing to its lip-smacking taste.
Veg Kolhapuri
This thick gravy is one of the most popular
gravies in India for people who love and enjoy
the taste and essence of spices. It includes
vegetables such as potatoes, cauliflower, green
peas, carrots, etc. It originates from the city
of Kolhapur in Maharashtra and gets its name too
from the same.
Veg Choley
Choley bhature (also known as Amritsari choley)
is a mouth-watering dish from northern India. It
is also known as halwa puri in Pakistan. It is a
yum combination of masala chana and bhatura i.e.
puri. Puri is a soft fried (in ghee/oil) bread
that tastes exceptionally well with choley and is
raved about
