  • Found in the border between Tennessee and North
Carolina is one of the beauty Mother Nature has
given us. The Great Smoky Mountains Park got its
name after the blue mist that always seems to
hover around the peaks and valleys. It is truly a
splendor one must witness no wonder it is the
most visited park in the entire country.

3
  • As detailed by Gary LHeureux, these mountains
are home of over 100 species of trees and
flowering plants. Aside from the abundant flora,
a range of species of fauna is also found here.
Hundreds of species of birds crowd these
    marvelous mountains.

4
  • Adding the splendid display of nature are the
waterfalls that is found there namely the Grotto,
Laurel, Abrams, Rainbow, and Mingo drawing over
200,000 visitors per year. You will surely wont
hurt a foot hiking here for you will be
    entertained by natures aesthetic display.

5
  • Camping is never the same with the old trees and
the sound of its little waterfalls and brooks
nearby. It is truly an escape from the citys
hustle and bustle. Gary LHeureux would say,
peace and quiet is truly different from here for
the only noise you will hear are those that
reminds you where you are rooted, with these
trees who are with our forefathers in the past.

6
  • Gary Lheureux enumerated reasons why you should
not miss out the beauty of the Great Smokey
Mountains Park and it surely is a wonder you
should experience for yourself. As stated by
President Franklin D. Roosevelt There are trees
here that stood before our forefathers ever came
to this continent there are brooks that still
run as clear as on the day the first pioneer
cupped his hand and drank from them.
