held only for the senior level Authorities of
Wellcon Animal Health. Another issue that they
were facing was that only the legacy products
were being pushed and the newly generated
products were being sidelined.

Within two days of the Sales Training, the
second line employees of the Company were given
an opportunity to promote the products.

According to Mihir Shah, the first day of Sales
training made him feel judged by the Leaders of
Wellcon Animal Health. Since all the leaders
were much older compared to Mihir Shah, they were
not too sure about the Sales Training.
Nevertheless, Mihir Shah is not someone who gets
affected by these judgments. The next day the
sales training was to start at 10 a.m. but the
first days sales training was so good that
everyone was ready by 8 a.m. By the end of the
second day of Sales Training, the staff of
Wellcon Animal Health was highly motivated. They
were also very satisfied with the Sales Training
they received.
