Health doesnt always come from medicine, most of
the time it comes from peace of mind, peace in
the heart, and peace of soul. It comes from
happiness and love too. We live in difficult
times. As much as we want to be happy and relax
everyday stress gets the better of us, leaving
exhausted and disconnected with our inner self.
However, its important to find a meaning to your
life, pamper yourself and strike a work-life
balance, let you turn victim to mental health
disorders. The mind and body connection is
inevitable a healthy body leads to a healthy
mind. Here are listed some tips that will help
you to keep mentally fit and strong 1. Connect

1. Connect with others
Experts say that you have to break the habit as
you do right now. Develop and maintain a strong
relationship with the people around you who will
support and enrich your life. The quality of our
relationships has a great impact on our health.
Putting time and energy to build strong
relationships can bring huge rewards.

2. Set aside me time
It is important to enjoy life, not just to
complete the task. Set aside time for your
favorite activities, hobbies and projects. Do
crosswords walk in local parks, read books,
quilt, and draw with children.

3. Pamper yourself
Stay healthy and eat well to maintain a healthy
body. Physical and mental health is closely
related, as long as the body feels good, life
will become easier. You don't have to go to the
gym gardening, vacuuming, dancing and jungle
walks are everywhere. Combining physical exercise
with a balanced diet can nourish your body and
mind and make you feel good both inside and
outside. Also, don't forget to take a vacation,
book a spa and celebrate a special moment in your
life.

positive emotions into your life by doing these

reacts. You may be able to avoid certain triggers
and learn to prepare or manage for other factors.

balanced diet and lifestyle can help you manage
stress better. If you are having trouble

drift over a while.

Take time to pay attention to the senses of each
day. Just live at the moment ??feel the sun
and wind on your face and pay attention to the
air you breathe. It's easy to fall into thinking
about the past or planning for the future, not to
experience it now. It is a good way to
concentrate on the moment to practice
mindfulness. Consciously trying to understand
your inner world and outer world is important to
your mental health.
