WebCPE Review
WebCPE provides an incredibly affordable option
if youre looking for the most basic CPE
available. While they offer no live webinars, the
unlimited course package includes over 100
on-demand text-based courses. There are no
ratings or reviews of any kind, and there seems
to be no way to interact with instructors.
Overall, a bare bones CPE platform if you just
need the basics and dont mind reading all of
your CPE.

Illumeo Review
The Illumeo platform offers over 10,000 hours of
CPE for 28 kinds of certifications through
on-demand courses and live webinars, as well as a
comprehensive CPE compliance tracker,
micro-certifications, and plenty of interaction
with instructors. The downside is that their
webinar schedule is fairly rigid in the middle of
workdays, so if you cant make their designated
webinar times, you wont be able to take
advantage of those offerings.

Surgent CPE
Surgent CPEs platform offers a healthy course
catalog (including ethics options), daily
webinars, an easy to use platform, and a good
variety of CPE. The downside is that those
features will cost you, as the platform offers
various levels of packages for on-demand courses
and live webinars. To get all the features,
on-demand courses, and live webinars, its 799 a
year. Offering only on-demand webinars and
text-based options with no instructor interaction.

CCH CPELink Review
Wolters Kluwers CCH CPELink provides a wide
selection of on-demand courses, plenty of live
webinars each week, a truly mobile platform, a
free compliance manager, and solid firm options.
Unfortunately, they dont offer course ratings or
reviews, micro-certifications, or much variety
for ethics courses. The courses and webinars
offered cover a wide variety of topics, but at
849 a year for truly unlimited access, its a
pricey option.

CPE Depot Reviews
CPE Depot provides an affordable option for
earnin continuing professional education with
simple, text-based, on-demand courses and live
webinars. Its well rated on a third-party site,
and fairly easy to use. Downsides are dated
website, limited course and webinar options, and
no micro-certifications. There are no on-site
ratings and reviews and no way to interact with
instructors. Overall, a solid platform as long as
you dont want any bells or whistles.

Checkpoint Learning Reviews
Thomson Reuterss Checkpoint Learning platform
offers a robust course catalog, regular webinars,
a handful of micro-certifications, and a
compliance tracker. Downsides are that you only
get all the features and benefits at the highest
tier, which starts at 519 per year (lower prices
available with longer contract terms). There are
no written course reviews available, though there
are plenty of ratings on a five-star scale.

AICPA CPExpress Reviews
AICPAs CPExpress brings a strong course catalog
and a large number of webinars, along with
micro-certifications and a compliance tracker to
the table. Downsides are that each of those must
be paid for separately, which can add up to more
than 1,000 annually (not including
micro-certifications) unless you take lesser
options in the form of bundles, making it one of
the most expensive platforms weve seen.
