• A group of apps

Groups

• Admin can create a group
• Add/remove client as members.
• Make any member as admin.

Bill Payments

• Admin can send bills to clients in a few steps.
• When user pays the bill online, bills status
  changed to PAID.
• Admin can mark the payments as paid when user
  pays by cash/other ways
• Admin can immediately see how many are pending
  and paid
• Can send reminders to all who is not paid (in a
  single click)
• Admin can clone a set of previous bills.
• Admin can cancel/retrieve the bill if needed.
• User can decline the bill if they think it is not
  relevant to them.

Payment Gateways Why RazorPay?

• Grapp is integrated with a payment gateway,
  RazorPay.
• Their Stability and technical support systems are
  very good.
• Support for splitting the bills to multiple
  people is an advantage to grapp.
• Their payment Gateway Charges are 1.8 (Grapp is
  negotiated it to 1.2)

Add Bank

• Admin has to setup their bank account to receive
  the payments.
• Can use multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Link the bank account to a group. So that the
  group members will able to pay to that account.
• Transaction history is available at Bills
  sections.
• Monthly Report (coming up)

Pay the bills

• Members can see the pending bills in bills
  section.
• Can select multiple bills and pay in a single go.
• Support for multiple payment methods.
• UPI (Gpay, BHIM, PayTM, etc)

Schedule

• Admin can set up a calendar schedule so that
  members will get alerts on the event on time.
• Eg Coaches / Tuition Teachers can set up their
  class timings.
• Admin can postpone/cancel an event. Notifies
  members.
• Can set up recurring events.
• Request an rsvp.
• Can take the attendance on each event.

• Admin can take an attendance of members on each
  occasion.
• Can generate bills based on it (coming up)
• Members can see their attendance.

• An admin can create a poll in a group to know the
  opinion or priorities of the members.
• Can set for Multiple option, expiry date etc
• Close or reopen the poll.

• Members can discuss each other.
• Admin can mute discussions if it is not relevant
  to his business
• All activities will reflect in the chat page.
  Like polls, schedule change, etc.

Security

• Each user accounts are verified. Without which an
  admin cant send bills
• Each institutions can protect their BRAND.
• Users can decline and report the spam
  bills/groups (in case of phishing)
• Members phone numbers are masked. Hence no one
  can duplicate the member list.
