Early life and education

• Ullah graduated from Whitman College in 1999 with
  a bachelor of arts degree in politics.4 He
  earned a master's degree in 2002 at Harvard
  University's John F. Kennedy School of Government

Career

• While earning his doctorate from the University
  of Michigan, Ullah was a senior research fellow
  at its Belfer Center for Science and
  International Affairs for The Dubai Initiative
  (2007-2009).
