  bright surfaces which receive a lot of light get
  burned out its a common issue that can be
  prevented without even touching your light
  sources at all in the render settings dialog
  under effects.

Color mapping filter

• Youll find a color mapping filer that resolves
  this problem for everyday use the following setup
  will serve you very well.

HSF Model

• If HSV model off and if you want to strengthen
  the shadows you might want to change the dark
  multiplier to 0.9.

Color Correction Filter

• You consider the color mapping filter with these
  settings as a must before you make your very
  first render it will save you a lot of headaches.

  filter useful for increasing or decreasing
  saturation, brightness contrast of your render
