Braces Care Tips!

1. Brush carefully, don't let food get trapped in
   your braces.
2. Brush in between your brackets. Use an
   interdental toothbrush to clean the spaces
   between the metal and your teeth.
3. Don't forget to floss. Flossing every day is
   especially important when you've got braces.

Avoid Certain Foods After Braces Care!

• Very few foods are actually off-limits when you
  wear braces.
• These types of habits and foods can break or bend
  the braces which are never a good thing.
• Chewy foods bagels, hard rolls, licorice
• Crunchy foods popcorn, ice
• Hard foods nuts, hard pretzels and much more!
