Aleksey Mendez has a commendable,
well-diversified portfolio that speaks volume. He
has an impeccable experience in Behavior-Based
Safety, Workers Compensation Claim Management,
EMR oversight and Root Cause Analysis and
investigation of events leading to work injuries.
Andrew Frank, a spectacular student, Eagle Scout
title earner, a Mechanical engineering student
with a little mix of entrepreneurship has a
profile worth commendable.
Andrew Frank (Clermont County Ohio) is provided
with an Eagle Scout rank when he was only 17!
Amazing it is as it sounds, the Eagle Scouts
value perseverance, discipline, motivation,
leadership, accountability, and achievement. And
those lead to tangible benefits. College
admissions officers recognize the award and
consider it in their decisions.
There is no doubt for his accomplishments. Andrew
Frank (Cincinnati Ohio) participated in two
National Scout Jamborees in 2010 and 2013,
respectively. In 2011 he participated in World
Scout Jamborees in Sweden and was Junior
Assistant Scoutmaster at the 2015 World Scout
Jamboree in Japan.
One of his maverick achievement was to build a
1,200 square ft. paver patio at the Cincinnati
Center for Autism. He initiated, designed,
planned and executed the project without any
parental involvement.
Andrew Frank (Cincinnati) also participated in a
mission trip to Mexico and Ecuador in 2011 and
2015 respectively. Andrew also served as a Big
Brother at the BBBS community center.
As a Big Brother, he mentored youths between 6-18
(age), predominantly from low-income,
single-parent households. Andrew also performed
occasionally at the Choir and Theater Xavier.
