Magnetic Tape

• Magnetic Tapes consists of an extruded plastic
  impregnated with Barium Ferrite glued to a
  stainless steel tape using a special type of
  glue.
• This tape is then magnetized by a fully automatic
  State of the art Magnetizer machine which gives a
  very good accurate Magnetic tape encoder,
  incremental as well as absolute system.

Magna Slim

• Magna Slim is a contact less magnetic measurement
  system, easy to install and highly resistant to
  oil, dust, dirt and vibrations, making it
  suitable for use under harshest of conditions.
• The system consists of a magnetic tape, its
  aluminium carrier profile. This low profile
  system can be installed in compact spaces.

Magna S1,S2

• Magna S1 and S2 are open type contactless
  encoders specially designed for harshest
  environments of machine tool industry.
• Starting from 100mm length, these encoders go
  upto 30mtr and beyond. Above 3 meter length,
  these encoders come in jointed extrusions with
  guided reader head.

Press Brake Scale

• The Press Brake Scale by Electronica Mechatronic
  Systems is fully guided environmentally sealed
  scale with high mounting tolerance.
• The high performance encoder system provides
  resolution from 1 - 10 m and accuracy up to 10
  m/m.
