Virgin Coconut Oil for Cooking

• Ingredients
• Choice of Vegetables (Zucchini, Carrot, Eggplant,
  Capsicum, Onion)
• Garlic
• Chilli Flakes, Salt and Pepper
• Nirmal VCO
• Procedure
• Chop the veggies
• Pour VCO in a frying pan heat it slightly
• Lightly saute the garlic
• Add the veggies
• Sprinkle Salt, Pepper and Chilli flakes to taste
