life. Founded by Nikhil Gupta and Akhil Gupta in
1999, Acanthus began with a mission to create
value in the field of architecture and design and
help clients from diverse industries to
effectively align their business strategies with
the dynamic and sustainable use of space. We
specialize in designing commercial properties
(high-end hotels, lounges, restaurants, colleges
etc.) and have successfully completed hundreds of
projects across India. Our services encompass
Architectural, Structure, MEP, Interior services,
and PMC services, from pre-conceptualization to
completion. According to Mr. Nikhil Gupta, MD,
Acanthus, We understand our clients space,
their requirement and vision for their space.

MR. NIKHIL GUPTA Director
Mr. Nikhil Gupta, Managing Director, Acanthus
Architecture and Interior Consultants, is a
graduate in Commerce from Khalsa College and has
done Post Graduation Diploma in Architecture
Interior from INIFD, Delhi. He began his career
in the year 2003 as a senior designer under Mr.
Sarabhjeet Singh, Fab Interiors and since then he
has been spearheading the amalgation of art and
fashion. Born to Mr. Rakesh Gupta on the 17th
March 1983, this Pisces is determined to emulate
his father in terms of his vision of success,
farsightedness aggression towards achieving his
goal.   Mr. Gupta is a very sharp architect with
an erudite insight on the latest fashion trends
a desire to bring about architectural
development. His contribution has been extremely
instrumental in strengthening the position of
Acanthus as a corporate conglomerate. Mr. Nikhil
is a self motivated entrepreneur sparkling with
enthusiasm a true visionary with definitive
plan of being at the forefront of every charted
action undertaken. His knowledge and passion for
his profession coupled with the most competitive
practical execution plan has lead to
outstanding results which has been extremely
gratifying commended by the clients. This
helmsman is responsible for holistic supervision
of the architecture and Interior business thereby
crediting him with the growth success graph of
the Acanthus. If business is characterized and

ARCHITECTURE STRUCTURE
Programming, space planning, budget planning,
site surveys, concepts, image development,
comprehensive construction drawings, special
effect (Theme, design implementation),
Materials/Finishes selection, 2-3 Dimensional
visuals, Rendering, custom design and detailing,
specification an architectural masterpiece does
not exist without an underlying structure able to
withstand natural and man-made effects. It is up
to the structural engineer to design safe,
efficient and durable structures while enhancing
aesthetics. Acanthus engineering begins at the
design stage, completing our architectural vision
with strategies for erecting lasting structure in
accordance with client expectations and
geographical determinants. Our success in
developing safe buildings is without peer and
from a long history in earthquake prone. Drawings
upon our seismic expertise, we meet any challenge
to deliver enduring results, including super
high-rise buildings, long-span and kinetic
structures and buildings equipped with
sophisticated seismic control and isolation
system.

INTERIOR SERVICES
Preparing basic furniture layout for all areas,
Masonry plan with wall details and niche
treatment details, Designing and detailing of
Door-Window schedule with required details,
Designing detailing of flooring layout for all
areas along with the selection of materials like
stone, wooden flooring, glass, etc. Design
detailing of R.C.P (reflected ceiling plan) for
all areas. Rendered 3d views to be presented for
same, Wall elevations and sections for all the
necessary areas with the required details of the
different materials used. 3d views to be
presented for the same, Designing of the lighting
layout for all areas along with the selection of
fixtures as per the requirement, Finalizing of
color polish for all the areas finished in
paint of wood, Selection of curtain and blinds
for all the required through rendered elevations,
Designing detailing of Furniture pieces like
sofa sitting, center and side tables, console,
buffet counter, salad counter, service stations,
etc as/layout for all required areas through
elevations, section and details with rendered 3d
views, False ceiling sections and scale drawings
of bands, grooves, etc. Plumbing plan, fire
fighting plan details through center line mark
for all the areas, Selection of all fixtures,
stone and tiles in toilets, Electrical circuit
plans as per the layout and ceiling electrical
plan for all areas, Electrical detailing in walls
including heights, length as/acanthus standards,
Electrical plan for false ceiling for cove light
effects with detailing of wiring in all areas,
Allocation of power, telephone, speakers, cctv
and networking system for all the areas. Proposed
the design of generator and inverter wiring
system for the areas, All require detail drawings
of interior as per the contractor at site.

Large-scale projects involve a myriad of public
and private organizations. Coordinating and
controlling the efforts of all are challenges
that demand experienced management skills. The
project management and construction services of
ACANTHUS and our Group companies, Building
Performance Consulting and ACANTHUS Construction
Management, are ideally suited to these tasks.
