What is PSD File Format? PSD is an abbreviation
of PhotoShop Document. Adobe PhotoShop files
are stored with a .PSD extension. It is a
layered image file, a proprietary file that
allow users to work on images individual
layers. On the completion of the designing of an
image, PhotoShop facilitates the designer with an
option to flatten the layers to form one piece,
and allows them to save the flattened image with
extensions like .JPG, .GIF, .TIFF or other
non-proprietary file formats. This means that the
file becomes liable for sharing. Once a PSD
image has been flatten by conversion, it cannot
be reverted to PSD and the user can no longer
work with the images layers. Hence it is advised
that always remember to keep the .PSD file safe
and avoid overwriting it.

Bootstrapping 1.Scan the PSD for better
insights about what is expected out of it, when
it goes live on web. 2.Slicing of the .PSD
file Slicing means to cut and divide a single
layered image file into separated design elements
which form the entire design of the layered
image.Usually, most web and graphic designers
prefer to use Adobe PhotoShop for slicing.
3.Download and Bootstrap the image to form a
theme Here you will get the theme that you were
looking for http//, upload the
stuff and then wait for it to get downloaded.
After downloaded the stuff, extract the zip file
in a folder. Here are your three three folders
css, fonts and js inside it. Note that one of
the essential use of this framework is that it
creates responsive web design. 4.Create
Index.html and Style.css Files You need to
create index.html and style.css. You have to
code the sliced images into html or xhtml format
and have to cascade the designs into CSS
