  es from India. The motto of the scheme is to provi
  de rewards to exporters to offset infrastructural 
  inefficiencies and associated costs involved and t
  o provide exporters a level playing field.

• Eligibility- 
• l Cross border trade Supply of a service from I
  ndia to any other country.
• l Consumption abroad Supply of a service from I
  ndia to service consumer(s) of any other country i
  n India.
• l Such Service Provider should have minimum net fr
  ee foreign exchange earnings in preceding financia
  l years for Providers and sole proprietorship US
  10,000, Others US15,000
• l Payment earned in India Rupees on specified serv
  ices shall be deemed foreign earnings as per the g
  uidelines of Reserve Bank of India.

  ll be filed within a period of 12 months from the 
  end of relevant financial year of claim period.
