What it is?

• Artificial insemination
• Sperm is directly inserted into a woman's uterus
  when she is ovulating.
• A thin flexible tube (catheter) is passed into
  the vagina, through the cervix, and into the
  uterus.

• Egg or sperm quality
• A lot of damage to fallopian tubes, usually from
  long-term infection
