Smith Creek Fish Farm has been a family owned and
operated New York State certified fish hatchery
since 1993.
 We have nine display ponds, a 20,000 Sq. Ft.
hatchery building, 1000 Sq. Ft. greenhouse and a
total of thirty-nine aquaculture ponds on
twenty-two acres.
