allow wearing a two-piece, you should always opt

Accessories Equipments
The only jewelry and accessory-piece that
lifeguards can wear are a waterproof watch and
whistle. Other equipment that they may carry also
include a rescue buoy, a first aid kit with
disposable rubber gloves and facial masks to
avoid fluid exchange while administrating CPR or
dealing with blood. The outfit should be red in
color and should be printed with the word
lifeguard. The color and the print makes it
easier for people to spot a lifeguard in case of
any land crisis.

Footwear
Owing to the feature of easily removable,
lifeguards generally opt for flip-flop sandals.
Wearing water socks may also be helpful in
providing toe protection from debris and slip
resistance. Lifeguard must not be use use haeavy
dandles or shoes or any kind of tight footwear
because in emergency it will create problems.
