For New Structures

• Cleaning of the Surface New surfaces generally
  possess the dust/oil/grease .these
  dust/oil/grease must be cleaned and removed with
  wired brush, Jet blaster or water jet.
• Surface Preparation Post cleaning of the
  surface, visual inspection is taken to understand
  the surface for honeycombing/blistering/surface
  cracks/bluges if any occured due to varieties of
  problem.
• Application of Primer The primer is the one of
  the most important part of any coating system.
  Priming ensures the better adhesion of the system
  to surface, increases the yield of the product
  and makes porous surface less porous.

• Application of Base Coat Post application
  curing of the primer coat of Raja Base Coat is
  applied by mixing it with 2 part of Cement (by
  weight) to 1 part of Raja Base Coat over primed
  surface.
• Application of Reinforcement If the prime
  purpose of the system is Waterproofing, then
  application of reinforcement is most important.
  The reinforcement helps to reduce the surface
  tension pressure on coating directly and infuses
  the strength the coating.
• Application of Top Coat The main ingredient for
  the success of the system is top coat.As name
  suggest, this is applied on top.

• Check for the Leakage/Seepage/Damage Visual
  inspection of the surface for the
  leakage/seepage/damage has to be carried out and
  been marked as special attention is required for
  marked area.

  water jet and allowed to air cured.
