• Sponge Rubber Molding  The cells included in a

  extreme temperatures, Nitrogen gas is generated

  vulcanization begins by inserting an uncured
  rubber compound into a heated open mold cavity
  and later the mold is closed in a hydraulic
  press. The uncured rubber compound is to be
  included in a transfer chamber and heated under
  extreme temperatures until it is cured.
• Oil seal Lusida Rubber is highly specialized
  in producing oil seals of various types, shapes
  and sizes. Oil seal contains a flexible lip which
  is rubbed against a shaft to prevent any leakages
  of fluids and dirt.
