Check DNS Settings
  • Open the Run dialog box using Windows R.
  • Enter control in the given box and hit the
    Enter button on your keyboard.
  • In the appeared window, select the icon of
    Network and Internet and click on Network and
    Sharing Center. In the left pane here click
    Change Adapter Settings. (Double-click the icon
    of Network Connection if using Windows XP).
  • Give a right-click on the currently active
    network adapter and click Properties. Click Yes
    or Continue if prompted by User Accounts Control.

  • On the Connections tab in the Internet Properties
    window, click LAN Settings.
  • Check here option of Use a proxy server for your
    LAN is unchecked if you do not use any proxy
    servers and if your proxy server then makes sure
    that all the settings are correct.
  • Hit the OK button and in the window of Internet
    Options click OK.
