• Workplace Ethics Ethics or personal values are
  pivotal in todays workplace. High conduct
  standards contribute to the success any
  organization or a company. Any organization is
  supposed to define its ethics, understand their
  importance, and help the workers understand the
  ethics and how to apply them in the workplace.
  Ethics promote good communication amongst all the
  stakeholders i.e. management/supervisors,
  colleagues/employees and customers. Romious,
  Thompson and Thompson (2016), in a study,
  highlighted and summarized some of the pertinent
  workplace issues. And according to their study
  Telephone interviews were conducted using
  open-ended questions to collect data that were
  uploaded to NVivo 10 for qualitative analysis. As
  a result of the data analysis, seven themes were
  recognized (a) effective decision-making (b)
  combining classroom instruction with real-world
  experience (c) reasoning
