Personal Injury
When you have been injured as a result of someone
elses negligence, you may be facing medical
treatment and lost wages. Your future ability to
take care of day-to-day expenses might be
questionable. With the difficulty of lost wages
or diminished earning potential, a serious
personal injury or permanent disability can
change your entire way of life.  The most common
types of personal injury claims are car
accidents, accidents at work, falling, assault
claims, accidents in the home and product defect
accidents.

Infant Child injuries
Every day millions of Americans leave our
children in the hand of alternative caregivers.
We buy them toys that we believe are safe or let
them play outside on playgrounds that will
protect them from injuries if they fall.
Accidents happen every day but when preventable
injuries happen due to negligence or product
defects children have rights too! There future is
depending on a safe, healthy, and happy
upbringing.
4
Slip fall injuries due to negligence
Every day we leave our own homes and hope that we
can safely go about our day. Sometimes we slip
and fall due to be careless, but what if your
fall had to do with negligence? All property
owners have a responsibility to maintain
their premises so that people can safely visit.
This includes a duty to keep others safe from
harm, including criminal assault. When a property
owner fails (whether commercial, private or
municipal) to adequately maintain the safety of
the premises, or fails to properly warn people of
some potential hazards on the property, they can
be liable for injuries as a result.
