  carpet. There are other ways that you can keep
  your carpets and handmade area rugs looking new
  and free from dirt without using any cleaning
  machine like a vacuum. Find the other ways for

Use Packaging Tape to Take Hair and Pet Fur

• Take out a few inches of the tape. Cut the tape
  and press it on the carpet to pick the loose
  hair, fur, or dirt from the carpet. Discard of
  tape strip when the stickiness goes away and cut
  off a new piece to continue the process untilled
  the whole carpet is clean.

Clean Your Carpet Using Brush

• This method you can apply for woollen carpet but
  not for the silk carpet. If you want to remove
  the spot, dust then first find the spot affected
  area on the carpet and scrub with brush.

Clean According to the Instruction

• If you dont have any idea about carpet cleaning
  then you should check the labels or tags and
  apply the cleaning method accordingly. Cleaning
  methods are depending on the material of carpet
  so there may be specific instruction which you
  need to follow.

• Make a solution using two spoon of detergent and
  warm water and clean your carpet. Make sure that
  the direction of water and direction of pile
  should be the same.

• You can use commercial stain removers and
  cleaning products to get rid of stains. Make sure
  that the chemicals won't ruin your carpet by
  double-checking.

Use Vinegar and Baking Soda

• make a solution of baking soda and vinegar.
  Sprinkle baking soda on spot and affected
  sections of the carpet, spray enough vinegar to
  make it foamy and then sop it up with paper
  towels.
