Palletizing System. Under this system, they

particularly designed to meet the requirements of
their customers. The filing machines are
available in a semi-automatic and fully automatic
variety.

Some of the available palletizing systems offered
by Feige Filling are Push palletizer for drums
type FP-S, Vacuum palletizer for drums type
FP-VH, Push palletizer for containers type FP-SB,
Palletizing robot for drums, pails and containers
and Empty pallet magazines type LPM.

Plates are moved above the pallet and lowered. A
motor driven pusher pushes the first row of
containers above the plate to its palletising
position. The plate withdraws by the size of one
container row. The pusher returns to its initial
position

In another type of the palletizing system called
the Vacuum palletizer for drums type FP-VH, a
gripper equipped with vacuum pads lifts up the
filled drums from the roller conveyor, row by
row, moves them over the pallet and then places
them down as per the pallet arrangement scheme.

In the Push palletizer for containers type FP-SB,
A pre-stack unit stacks two container rows one
upon the other. The push palletizer then pushes
two rows each on the pallet. The pallets are
dispensed and separated by an empty pallet
magazine.

Palletising robot is an optimum solution for
palletising different container sizes, for
changing pallet schemes, pallet sizes and
container arrangements on the pallet. The robot
is a flexible, forward-looking and extremely
efficient solution .The rigid 4-axes articulated
robot will be mounted with its sturdy base on the
floor.

Empty pallet magazines type LPM-2 2-way pallets
are placed in the magazine. Forks lift the top
pallets from the bottom pallet. This bottom
pallet is then ready for the transport to the
palletizer. Similarly, in Type LPM-4 system,
4-four way pallets are placed in the magazine.
Lateral clamps lift the top pallets from the
bottom pallet.
