  • 1. Verbal Marketing This includes face - to -
    face, phone calls, calling a Realtor's personal
    contacts, etc. The disadvantage is, it is time -
    consuming, and somewhat restricting!
  • 2. Direct Mail Mailings are now somewhat costly,
    especially once you consider the relatively low
    transaction rate, but is often a fantastic
    supplement, and a positive approach to get the
    message out. Give it a shot and see how your
    first campaign performs. Oftentimes, you only
    need one buyer to make the expense of the mailing
    worth it, so this can easily pay off big time.

  • 3. Print Media These approaches could be
    somewhat costly, and polls indicate most of the
    current buyers pay less and less focus on these,
    than previously. However, if youre marketing
    your house towards an older demographic, print
    media can be very lucrative. Due to the dwindling
    response rates to print media ads, you can
    actually buy ad space for a lot cheaper than you
    use to in these print magazines and newspapers.
    If the readers of the print media resonate the
    property youre selling them, print media could
    pay off dividends for those who dare to use it.

    type, price, market, place, etc. the choices
    often vary.
