UGC NET Exam 2017 (November Session) is scheduled
to be conducted on 5th November 2017 (Sunday).
With the exam just around the corner, here are
some tips to score high in the upcoming exam.

This is the first and foremost thing. Most of the
students just focus on their subject papers,
which is a completely wrong strategy. Paper 1 is
equally important and is highly scoring.

For those who have appeared in the exam before,
not repeating the past mistakes will be one of
the ways to get through this year. So, recall the
loopholes and start working on them. Its high
time.

Making a proper schedule and jotting it down on a
paper is what is required next. Cover all the
important topics and stick to the schedule
religiously. Minimum 4-5 hours of every day study
is must.

Find out the important topics by solving previous
years question papers and complete them first.
Dont go for irrelevant topic. You dont have
time to waste.

If you want to understand the exam pattern,
practice as many mock tests as you can. This will
boost up your confidence and help you in better
management of time.

Daily revision should be important part of your
study plan. However, keep the last 20 days before
the exam as a separate revision period. Make a
separate plan for this revision period and
include all the important topics.

Most students study for late night a day before
the exam dont do it. One night study will not
make a big difference. Relax your mind and sleep
well particularly for this exam as it is not just
a 2 or 3 hours exam. It will start from morning
and continue till evening in three sessions. So,
to remain active till the last paper proper rest
is must.

is dont leave the exam in between. If you
think the first paper was not good, dont leave
the examination centre. Do appear in the second
and third paper. Complete the exam all the three
papers. Take the question papers back with you.
