breathing, etc. So, drinking water helps you stay
active and away from dehydration. Though, it is
important to understand that amount of water

person depending on their body types. Thus, you

Avoid Diuretics During the summer season if you
want to prevent dehydration, so, it is
significant to avoid diuretics such as Hot
