Now you can link your work mail account to Gmail
easily and settings are user-friendly. It also
offers filter capability and its easy to use on
Smartphone using POP and IMAP settings. Once you
link your mail to Gmail then youll have the
ability to send email to recipients from your
list.

Steps to follow to connect your work account
First, login to your mail account by visiting the
Gmail homepage and then visit account settings on
the upper right side of the screen. Go to
account and import and then choose add a POP3
account and once you click next a window will pop
up where it will ask for username and password
and POP3 server. Now you need to check mark the
box leave a copy of retrieve messages on server
if you are looking to have a copy of your mails
on your server so that it can be accessed
anytime. Now click on next and a window will
open and you need to send messages using your
work email and now check mark the box on Yes I
want to be able to send email and next it will
ask for a name when you send an email and then
click on next.

Now you have two options, you need to go through
Gmail servers route. When you select this you
will receive a code and then enter this code and
your setup is done. As this is a work email, you
can try with a test mail using your domain
servers. If you choose to send an email using
your domain server, then you need to enter SMTP
server and port number for your work mail. Now
you need to enter username and password for the
work mail and then you need to choose TSL or SSL,
but some servers dont support TSL and next, you
need to choose Add account.

Once you are done with authentication
verification, youll receive a code on your work
mail. Login to your work mail account and check
code and then enter it into Gmail settings and
you need to make sure that you have to reply with
same address an email was sent which you will
find under accounts and import tab in Gmail
