• Comfort Carz will not be responsible for any
  damages during the travel. Rider should take care
  of the repairing charges by his/her own up
  to  Rs. 25,000/-
• Insurance claim can be applicable for damage or
  repairing charges above Rs. 25,000/- only. For
  any excess charges apart from claim amount, the
  renter will beliable to pay
