CDC has been able to preserve a portion of
Glenwood Ave South which could have been ripe for
redevelopment. Instead CDC helped create
sustainable assets which have been very
successful and in turn persevered these historic
structures some of which are over one hundred
years old. Preserving and maintaining some of the
character and history of Glenwood Ave South. CDC
is focused on helping our clients achieve their
needs in a competitive environment where budgets
quality and timelines are of paramount
