  the email application on your computer or mobile
  device. After setting a Yahoo SMTP server as the
  outgoing server in your email application, you
  can send messages directly from the program.
  Yahoo provides different SMTP servers for people
  with standard Yahoo Mail accounts and Yahoo
  Business Email users. You can also set up an
  incoming IMAP or POP3 server to receive Yahoo
  Mail in your email applications inbox

STEPS

• 1. Open your email application and create a new
  account.

• 2. Set up the account as you normally would
• 3. Type smtp.mail.yahoo.com into the text field
  for the outgoing mail, or SMTP, server.
• Use smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com if you have a Yahoo
  Business Email account.
• 4. Enter 465 as the port number for the server.

• 5. Enable SSL authentication for the SMTP
  connection.

• 6. Type your full Yahoo email address
  (you_at_yahoo.com) into the username box. If you use
  Yahoo Business Email and have an email address at
  your website instead of yahoo.com, type
  you_at_example.com instead, replacing you with
  your email account name and example.com with
  your website's domain name.

• 7. Enter your Yahoo accounts password, then save
  your settings
