In this presentation we will demonstrate our
users a step by step guide to prepare delicious
mouth watering Turkey Pastrami at home.

MAKING THE BRINE
Homemade Place all the brine ingredients in a big
container, mix well and place the turkey inside
for 48 hrs.

PREPARING THE SPICE RUB
Place all the rub ingredients in a bowl and mix
into a smooth paste.

COATING AND TYING
Mix 1 cup of water with the leftovers of the
turkey rub paste and pour into a Dutch oven,
place the pastrami in the Dutch oven, so there is
about 1 inch (2 cm) of liquids in the bottom.
