About us

• Nick Ryan owns this garage.I am qualified vehicle
  technician with over 25 years of experience in
  the motor Maintenance.
• Acquired the necessary qualifications at
  Cambridge Regional College in 1987 whilst
  completing a 4 year apprenticeship for a small
  local garage.
• Worked for BMW in Dubai for 3 years,studied in
  Florida for 3 months at AMI (American marine
  institute) where I qualified as a personal
  watercraft technician.
• On my return to the UK, I worked as a master
  technician for a Rover main dealer in Cambridge,
  mainly dealing with engine management and other
  electronic systems.

• We check for oil leaks.
• We check for exterior lights
• Check for brake fluid level and top up if
  required
• Check for windscreen washer operations top up
  if required.
• We check for windscreen washer operations top

• We check for antifreeze level and strength.
• We check for timing belt replacement interval

• Interim ServiceIt is designed for high mileage
  vehicles and includes replacement of the oil and
  oil filter.
• It includes a number of checks for the following
  main moving parts
• All the lights are checked that whether they are
  working properly or not
• Steering and Suspension are checked for wear and
  condition.
• The wheel bearings are checked for wear.
• The underneath is inspected.
• Fluid levels are checked and topped up as
  required.
• The tire condition is checked and all pressures
  adjusted as required.
• The vehicle will also be road tested.

• Full ServiceEvery 12,000 miles or 12 months.We
  deal with all aspects of vehicle servicing.
• It includes the replacement of correct vescocity
  engine oil and filter, air filter, pollen filter
  and an extensive range of checks that are inline
  with all manufacturer's service schedules.

• Major Service or Inspection service
• The Major Service offers excellent value for
  money. It covers everything that will be in the
  Full Service.It also includes items that are
  regularly recommended for replacement every 2
  years.Replacement includes changing the fuel
  filter, spark plugs, brake fluid and antifreeze.
• It includse 150 checks in addition to Spark Plugs
  are replaced (any long life, platinum or
  specialist plugs incur an extra charge).
• The Antifreeze coolant is drained and replaced.
• A full systems diagnostic is carried out,
  including engine management, air bag and
  anti-locking brakes.

MOT

• MOT tests are done before the expiry of an
  existing UK MOT.After passing a Mot,you will
  receive a certificate valid from the date of
  expiry of your existing MOT.
