An original document of Umrah Visa application
must be completed and submitted. The statements
towards the conclusion of the application form

If a Muslim is bearing a non-Muslim name, then he
or she ought to present a certificate issued by
an Islamic Center or a Mosque stating the
candidate is Muslim.

Each applicant is required to attach one recent,
colored passport sized photo of a white
background with the application form. The photo
must be a full-face view in which candidate is
facing the camera. Angles or side views are not
acknowledged.

A Biometric passport with the legitimacy of at
least six months having no less than four empty
pages next to each other is required.

Airline tickets must be non-refundable and
confirmed. Take off from Saudi Arabia must be
inside two weeks from the date of arrival.

Relationship proof is mandatory such as marriage
certificate for married ladies and birth
certificate for children for supporting the
relationship.

The Mehram (a man above 21 years) must enter and
leave Saudi Arabia on the very same flight just
as his kids and wife.

Women must travel in the presence of their
Mehrams . A woman of 45 years old or more is
permitted to travel without a Mehram only if she
is going with a family or an organized group. In
this case, a No Objection Certificate is required
from her Mehram (husband, father, son, or
brother). The certificate should be notarized.

If the candidate is not a citizen of the country
from where he/she is applying then, a legitimate
residency permit ought to be submitted with the
application form.

An inoculation certificate of Meningococcal
Meningitis must be attached as proof that issued
for less than three years or at least ten days
before entering Saudi Arabia. It must be valid
for at least three years. Vaccination certificate
should be with the applicant at the time of
entering into Saudi Arabia.

• Following vaccine course is required
• ACYW135 and Meningitis
• The common or seasonal flu.
• Vaccination certificate of polio and
  meningococcal is required of kids up to fifteen
  years of age.
• Children over 15 years of age must follow the
  vaccination course as that of adults.

The visa application must be submitted with all
necessary attachments a month before departure
date. Visa process takes one month to complete.

The validity of Umrah visa is for one month.
