volume and demand far exceeds supply. These wines
are rare hard to source, and in great demand
globally - the reason we chose the name Rare
Wine.

Chateau LEglise Clinet 2000
This has everything. Super class and elegance yet
ripe and exciting. Fantastic aromas of
blackberries cherries violets and minerals.
Full-bodied with incredible raspberry cherry
mineral and silky tannins. Very long. Winemaker
Denis Durantou is a purist and it shows. Best
after 2012

Bott Geyl Gewurztraminer Les Elements 2012
I dont know why more people dont drink
Gewurztraminer. Bright gold-tinged straw. Its
Clean, fresh, smoky aromas of peach, rose and
apricot are so juicy and fresh in the mouth,
conveying a breezy quality to the ripe tropical
fruit and floral flavours. Finishes bright and
long. Its a great wine to match spicy food

Genot-Boulanger Bourgogne Rouge 2013
Lovely tender and pure fruit. Pretty. Elegant.
Perfumed. With a really sweet, supple core.
Strawberry fruit and some slight earthiness. For
entry level Burgundy Pinot, this is a complete,
wonderful, and delightful bottle of old vine
Pinot Noir.

Bott Geyl Pinot Gris Furstentum Grand Cru 2009
Jean-Christophe Bott is heir to the family
tradition dating back to 1795, when his ancestor,
Jean-Martin Geyl tended his vines and made his
wine. Jean-Christophe Bott has been responsible
for Domaine Bott-Geyl since 1993 and he converted
the vineyards to be organic in 2000 and then
biodynamic in 2002
