Kishowar Parvez is a well-seasoned professional
with expertise in diverse fields. He is an
Investment banker, Venture Capitalist and Angel
Investor with many years of experience under his
belt. He also specializes in structural and civil
engineering, design services, site safety
engineering, scaffold design and special
inspection. He is currently serving as the Sr.
Vice President of Business Development at NYCER
Engineering. He has been working at this position
since 2007. Prior to this, he acquired experience
in different fields through his business ventures.

Kishowar Parvez started his professional career
at CIBC Oppenheimer in 2001 as a Research
Associate in its Private Client Division. He
worked there for one year and then took up a job
as an Investment Banker at Credit Suisse First
Boston in their RE Division.

Kishowar started a voice over IP (VOIP)
Telephony Company in 2005 by the name
QuantumTone.com, LLC. This was the time when
virtually no one significant besides Vonage was
around in the VOIP echo-system in the United
States. Kishowar offered business and enterprise
grade VOIP products and services in the US market
to both residential and business customers.

In the year 2008, Kishowar Parvez started a
commodity trading business, ShiMo Global Group,
LLC, which sold imported seafood to billion
dollar seafood companies in North America to
international seafood importers like of Empire
Seafood, High Liner Seafood (then FPI, Inc.),
Pacific Seafood, Inc., Tasty Choice
International, and Harbor Seafood, Inc..
