Root Chakra (Muladhara)

• Located at the base of spine in tailbone area.
• Emotions Associated Financial Independence,
  Money and Food!

Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)

• Located in lower abdomen, about two inches below
  the navel
• Emotions Associated Sense of wellbeing,
  pleasure and sexuality.

Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)

• Located in upper abdomen, stomach area.
• Emotions Associated Self-esteem and
  Self-confidence

Heart Chakra (Anahata)

• Located in the center of chest, just above the
  heart. Emotions
• Associated Love, peace, fun, joy.

Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)

• Located in the throat area
• Emotions Associated Ability to express oneself,
  communications, wanting to speak the truth.

Third-Eye Chakra (Ajna)

• Located between the eyes (forehead), also called
  as Brow Chakra
• Emotions Associated Imagination, Creativity,
  Wisdom,Intuitive powers.

• Located at the top of the head
• Emotions Associated Connection to inner self,
  spiritual nature.
