Step1- Press the up or down arrow on the control
panel until you see the "Troubleshooting" option.
Press the "OK" button once you have the
"Troubleshooting" option highlighted

panel to locate the "Print Quality Problems"
option. Highlight "Print Quality Problems," and
press the "OK" button

panel to find the "Eliminate Light Stripes"

down arrow on the control panel until you see the
"Advanced" option
Step7- Press the "OK" button once the "Advanced"
option is highlighted. Use the up and down arrows
to enter the missing jet number and color that is
showing up as white on the light stripe cleaning
page

Step8- Press the "OK" button. The machine
performs an advanced cleaning. If this fails to
clean your printhead, you may need to enable jet
substitution or contact a technician
